Yes. We are a 100% mobile grooming service. Our fully equipped grooming van arrives directly at your home to care for your dog or cat in a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment.
How long does a grooming session take?
The duration depends on your pet’s size, breed, coat condition, and needs. On average, a grooming session takes between 1 and 2 hours.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, we offer grooming services for cats. Each appointment is evaluated in advance to ensure a safe and calm experience, based on the cat’s temperament.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
No, it is not required. We only need access to your pet and a suitable space to park the grooming van near your home.
What areas do you serve?
We serve areas throughout Palm Beach and Broward County, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and surrounding areas.
How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp, social media, or through our online booking system.
What if my pet is anxious or nervous?
We have over 15 years of experience handling anxious pets. Our cage-free, one-on-one mobile service helps significantly reduce stress and anxiety.
Do you clean the van between appointments?
Yes. Our grooming van is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every appointment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by notifying us in advance. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
